The Dingo is a popular hang out for greasers located on Sutton Street. In the novel Ponyboy mentions that a girl got shot there once. It's a rough spot diner where there's always a fight playing out, in the beginning of the book, the guys visit the Dingo just before they sneak into a movie. When there they see a fight is breaking out between a hitchhiker and a couple greasers just outside the Dingo.
